Yes. ActiveMeter assumes you have multiple web sites that you want to track and makes it very easy to manage. You can even transfer web sites to other accounts.

Can I use this with my .php based web site?

ActiveMeter can be used with practically any web site. It is technology independent and can be used with Flash, Dreamweaver, Javascript, frames etc. It will not count accurately, however, if someone browses with a browser that has the Javacript disabled.
