At ActiveMeter*, we are committed to maintaining the security, confidentiality and accuracy of any information we collect from you or for you.  Each of our associates is familiar with our privacy promise, and takes every care to protect, safeguard and maintain confidentiality.

We will not disclose your information to any unrelated third-parties*. ActiveMeter will not sell, rent, give or otherwise disclose your information. It will be used only for the explicit purposes you have indicated or signed up for.

Although we collect information, in many different ways, our singular mission, whether we collect from you, or for you, is that we will not ABUSE that information. To us, that means any use or replication of data that is contrary to the original purpose of collecting that information. We will use this principle for all data that we collect from you, or for you. We hope you do the same.

When we do collect data, it is used to help provide better products or service to you or your customers. When the data is collected on your behalf, the data we have stored (which is limited by our agreement with you), is for your purposes. However, any inappropriate use of that same data by you, may cause us to discontinue service for you.  If you choose to leave ActiveMeter's service, we will erase that same data.

Although industry appropriate means are used to accurately collect, store, archive and protect data for you and others, ActiveMeter assumes NO liability or warranty for that same data.

Content and service on this site is provided "as is" and ActiveMeter disclaims all warranties, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It also includes any express or implied warranties arising from any course of dealing, usage or trade practice.

Limitation of Liability
ActiveMeter is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of material on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if ActiveMeter was advised (in advance or otherwise) of the possibility of such damages.
