If you are looking for help, please try the Support page first.  We also have a web stats forum where we host answers for problems, and creative uses of ActiveMeter.  We know you can find our phone number, although it's not listed here.  But we would rather you not use it unless you really feel you must.

We try not to abuse your time, and hope you respect the same with us.  If you call us, expect us to quote you an hourly rate.  However, we know we aren't perfect and that there may be bugs or other problems that we haven't foreseen.  Please email us and there is something that requires us to get on the phone with you, we will call you.  Let us pay for the call and help you in that case.
